Method
  1. Thaw spinach in microwave for 5 minutes. Mix besan, salt, asafoetida powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and water. (The paste should be like the one for pakoras ).
  2. Make about 10 balls from the paste and put in microwavable dish. Heat for 5 minutes. Cool for about 5 minutes after taking out of microwave.
  3. In a pan heat oil and add ajwain to it. Put the balls in the oil and cook on slow fire for about 2 minutes. Garnish with amchur powder and serve with green chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
Ingredients:
1 pound frozen spinach
1 cup besan
a pinch of asafoetida powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 teaspoon of ajwain
1/4 cup of water
1 Tablespoon of cooking oil
1 teaspoon raw mango powder (amchur)
