Method

  1. First of all take spinch leaves, gram flour, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and all above spices in a bowl.

  2. Mix all ingredients very welland make small balls out of it.

  3. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry vada in oil.

  4. Take out them on tissue and press them and again fry them until they become crispy.

  5. Serve hot it with Green Chutney or with Tomato Ketchup.

Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped Spinach
1/4 cup Gram Flour (besan)
2 Green Chillies finely chopped
1/2 tea spoon Ginger Garlic paste
1/4 tea spoon Jeera
1/4 tea spoon Red Chilly powder
1/4 tea spoon Garam Masala
Salt to taste
