Tomato Curry with Cream

Method
  1. In a skillet heat oil and add chopped onions. Fry until light brown.

  2. Then add garlic, salt, turmeric, chopped green chillies and fry for a minute or two.

  3. Next add sliced tomatoes over medium heat, cook for 15 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed. Now add milk and simmer until sauce thick.

Suitable occasions: Extra guests.

This is quick and easy to prepare. (10 minutes). Goes well with Sour Dough Bread and/or White Rice. Also instead of milk one may add cream

Ingredients:
Tomatoes 1 pound (Use Ripe Tomatoes.)
Onions 2 medium
Green Chilies 1 large
Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
Milk 11/2 cup
Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
Turmeric (Haldi powder) 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander Leave
