Take Curd in a cup and add dried cocunut. Keep this aside
Cut Tomatoes and Green Chillies
Take 2 Table Spoons oil in a Kadai. When the Oil gets warm , Add tomatoes and green Chillies. Add turmeric. Allow tomatoes to cook under low fire, till they become a paste.
Now Add this Paste to the Curd
Add Salt as per taste
Garnish with Finely Chopped Coriander.
Heat 2 tea spoons of oil in the kadai and add Seasoning ingredients mentioned above. When they splutter, add this to the Chutney.
Seasoning:
Mustard Seeds, Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Cumin Seeds (1 tea spoon in all)
