Tomato Dahi Chutney

Method

  1. Take Curd in a cup and add dried cocunut. Keep this aside

  2. Cut Tomatoes and Green Chillies

  3. Take 2 Table Spoons oil in a Kadai. When the Oil gets warm , Add tomatoes and green Chillies. Add turmeric. Allow tomatoes to cook under low fire, till they become a paste.

  4. Now Add this Paste to the Curd

  5. Add Salt as per taste

  6. Garnish with Finely Chopped Coriander.

  7. Heat 2 tea spoons of oil in the kadai and add Seasoning ingredients mentioned above. When they splutter, add this to the Chutney.

Ingredients:
1. 2 Cups Curd
2. 2 Roma Tomatoes
3. Green Chillies (as per taste)
4. Coriander (1 to 2 stems) [optional]
4. Dry Coconut Powder(1 tea Spoon)
5. Pinch of Tumeric
6. Vegetable Oil.

Seasoning:

Mustard Seeds, Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Cumin Seeds (1 tea spoon in all)
