Pressure cook the above ingredients for about 2 whistles.
Allow it to cool, then blend it together.
Season the blended mixture with mustard, jeera, curry leaves and add a teaspoon of ghee to it
Garnish with Cilantro leaves.
Serve hot with rice or Chapathis
Variations
To the same ingredients, toor dhal can also be added and the same method is to be followed.
Seasoning:
Oil - 2 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 stem
Ghee - 1 tsp
