Method
  1. Take oil in kadai.
  2. When it gets heated, add cumin seeds and chopped karela, aaloo, onion, green chilly.
  3. Cover this mixture on low gas flame.
  4. Keep on stirring it after 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. When the karela start getting golden brown, add salt as per taste to the mixture and again cover the kadhai.
  6. After 2 to 3 minutes add garam masala and aamchur powder.
  7. Subzi is ready. It tastes good with chappathis and paranthas.
Ingredients:
2 - medium size aaloo
3 - large karelas
4 - onions
3 - green chilly
4 tsp - refined oil
1/4 tsp - aamchur powder
garam masala
cumin seeds
salt to taste
