Method
- Take oil in kadai.
- When it gets heated, add cumin seeds and chopped karela, aaloo, onion, green chilly.
- Cover this mixture on low gas flame.
- Keep on stirring it after 3 to 4 minutes.
- When the karela start getting golden brown, add salt as per taste to the mixture and again cover the kadhai.
- After 2 to 3 minutes add garam masala and aamchur powder.
- Subzi is ready. It tastes good with chappathis and paranthas.

2 - medium size aaloo
3 - large karelas
4 - onions
3 - green chilly
4 tsp - refined oil
1/4 tsp - aamchur powder
garam masala
cumin seeds
salt to taste
