Method
  1. Soak dal, rice and chillies for 3 hours and grind them with enough water.
  2. Add asefoetida, curry leaves and salt to ground paste and mix well.
  3. Heat a tava, spread some oil and pour a spoonful of batter.
  4. Sprinkle some oil on top and sides of the dosa and cook.
  5. Turn over and cook again.
  6. Serve with chammanthi

1/2 cup - raw rice/pachari
1/2 cup - urad dal
1/2 cup - tur dal
1/2 cup - Bengal gram dal/channa dal
25 - dry red chilli
1/2 tsp - asefoetida
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Oil
