MethodTo make the filling:
Boil the potatoes, peel it and mash it well. In a pan, heat 2 tsp of oil and season with mustard, urad dal, green chillies and asafoetida. Then add the finely chopped onions along with turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala and salt.
Once the onions are sauteed well, add the peas and let it cook for a couple of more mins. Then add the mashed potatoes and sprinkle just enough water to make a dry filling.
Keep it aside to cool down for a while.
