Method
- Tie the curds in a fine muslin cloth for an hour and half.
- Remove the curds in a bowl.
- Add grated cheese, salt and pepper powder. Mix well.
- Whip with a spoon till the curd mixture is even smooth. Refrigerate it.
- Serve with salad or any snack.

300 g - thick curds
3 to 4 - cheese cubes (grated)
salt and pepper powder (as per taste)
