Chocolate milk burfi

Method
  1. Put the milk, curd, and sugar in a heavy bottomed pan and keep it on fire.
  2. Boil the milk mixture on low flame with constant stirring on avoid scorching of milk.
  3. Cook it until a thick mixture is formed.
  4. Add a little ghee.
  5. When it thickens add drinking chocolate and mix well.
  6. Remove it from the flame.
  7. Spread in a greased dish and cut into small pieces.
  8. The burfi is ready to serve.

1 cup of milk
1 cup of fresh curd
1 cup of sugar
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp drinking chocolate
