Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl ,mix well and add salt, sugar and lemon / tamrind juice according to your taste.
  2. Serve immediately to enjoy with strong coffee on a rainy day.
Ingredients:
1 cup - sev
1 cup - puffed rice
1 cup - finely chopped onion
2 - finely chopped green chilies
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1 - finely chopped tomato
1 cup - grated carrots
½ cup - finely chopped cucumber
½ cup - finely chopped mango(optional)
1 cup - nipattu
1 tsp - grated coconut
½ cup - chopped coriander
1 to 2 tsp - lemon juice/tamrind juice
salt
sugar
oil
