Method
- Put the containers to chill. Melt the sugar in 1 cup of the water and bring to the boil.
- Sprinkle the gelatine over the boiling water and remove from the heat.
- Stir until the gelatine has dissolved.
- Stir well and pour into bowls. Chill.
- Decorate with double cream and if you like grated chocolate.

4 tbsp - sugar
4 cups - water
4 tbsp - coffee
4 tbsp - sugar

To decorate:
4 tbsp - cream, grated chocolate
