Cumin Paratha

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients except ghee.
  2. Add water and make a soft dough.
  3. Cover with a damp cloth and keep it as such for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Now, roll the dough to parathas.
  5. Put rolled paratha on a pre-heated tava.
  6. Let that side cook.
  7. Now, pour half a teaspoon of ghee on top of the paratha and flip it to the other side.
  8. Let the other side cook.
  9. Serve hot with kurma.

1 cup - wheat flour
2 tsp - cumin
1 tsp - pepper powder
Salt, as required
2 tsp - oil
Ghee, a small quantity
