Curd Rawa Dosa

Method
  1. Mix rawa and curd.
  2. Add water to make a pouring consistency.
  3. Add onions, cumin seeds, coriander, green chilies and salt to taste.
  4. Keep aside for 1 hour. Mix well.
  5. Make dosas on a non-stick tawa using butter.
  6. Serve hot with chutney and mulga pudi.
Ingredients:
3 cups - rawa
1 cup - curd
2 - big onions (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds (fried)
a few sprigs - coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 to 2 - green chilies (chopped finely)
enough butter to make dosas
salt to taste
