Method
  1. Take 3 cups of water in the medium size vessel and boil french beans and cauliflower and keep aside.
  2. Then take another thick bottom vessel, add the oil, let it heat for 1 minute.
  3. Then add the cumin seeds and onion.
  4. Fry till the onion is light brown.
  5. Then add the red chili powder, stir the mixture.
  6. Then add all the vegetable ( French beans , carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower), and stir for 2/3 minutes.
  7. Add daliya to the mixture and stir again.
  8. Add one glass of water to the mixture and let it cook for 3/4 minutes.
  9. Once the daliya is cooked, add salt to taste.
  10. Garnish with coriander and its ready to eat!

Note:
Depending on the taste or season, any seasonal vegetable can be added like peas / beans etc.
