Method
- Put dates in a wide mouth jar, or pickle jar.
- Drizzle juice of lemons over it.
- Cover, keep aside.
- Shake jar 3-4 times a day, for 2 days.
- Remove, slice dates into thin slivers, discard seeds.
- Spread out in a large plate, or on plastic.
- Sun for a few hours, till excess moisture is absorbed.
- Run all other ingredients in a small mixer, till well blended.
- Sprinkle all over date slivers, blend in well with hands.
- Store in airtight jar.

Makes: 250 gms. Approx
