Flaming Mangoes

Method
  1. Wash and peel fresh mangoes.
  2. Cut each into 6 slices.
  3. Place in skillet.
  4. Heat the mix of orange juice, the fruit and sugar.
  5. After 3 or 4 minutes. Pour tequila.
  6. Continue to heat.
  7. Flame sauce by pouring a little tequila into teaspoon and holding it over flame of chafing dish or range until it flames.
  8. Use this flaming tequila to light tequila on top of mangoes.
  9. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
2 - fresh mangoes
1 cup - orange juice
2 tbsp - sugar
1 cup - tequila
