Method
- Soften gelatine powder in water for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar to milk and warm.
- Then add to it the gelatin mixture.
- When gelatine is dissolved, add yoghurt and mix well.
- Pour it into a tray and refrigerate.
- Cut melon, papaya and jelly into bite-size cubes, and place them in a parfait glass.
- Mix orange juice with lemon juice and pour over.

1 cup - yoghurt
� cup - milk
â…“ cup - orange juice
� - melon
� - papaya
2 to 3 tbsp - sugar
� tbsp - gelatin powder
1 tbsp - water
1 tbsp - lemon juice
