Gajara Chi Dahyatli Koshimbir (Carrots in Yogurt)
Method
- Peel and Grate the carrots. Chop chillies and coriander fine.
- Blend the yogurt smooth with a fork or whisk. Stir in the cumin seed powder, chillies, salt and sugar.
- Fold in the grated carrot.
- Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve cold.
Ingredients:
3 to 4 - carrots
1 to 2 - green chillies
8 to 10 tbsp - yogurt
1 tsp - cumin seed powder
salt to taste
a pinch - sugar
a few sprigs - coriander
