Boil the lasagna in water and a pinch of salt.
While the lasagna is boiling, saute the vegetables and corn in olive oil till golden brown. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt to it and then keep them aside.
In a casserole, coat the bottom and sides with olive oil.
Once the lasagna is done, pour out the boiling water and separate the sheets so that they don't stick together.
In the casserole dish, put enough sheets of lasagna so that they make a layer and cover the entire bottom. Spread the spaghetti sauce on this layer evenly. Now spread a layer on your done veggies evenly. After this sprinkle the grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese so that it make another layer. On top of this, make another layer with lasagna sheets and repeat the procedure.
You need to make minimum 3 such layers. Once that done, cover with more cheese and set it in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
Serve with Warm Garlic Rolls and Corn.
