Put chopped Ginger-garlic-chili or ginger-garlic-chili paste in the oil.
Put chopped onion in pan and stir for 2 mins.
Put all the vegetables except spring onions in the frying pan & fry for 5 mins.
Put 1 spoon of Soya sauce & 1 spoon of Chili sauce & stir.
After 5 mins put cooked rice in the pan and add salt & stir nicely.
Then put remaining 2 spoon of Soya sauce & stir properly, mix it properly.
Put 1/2 spoon oil from side & stir nicely.
Then put finely chopped Spring onions on top of the rice & stir little bit.
Hot spicy Chinese fried rice is ready to serve....
Can be served with Tomato soup/ sauce...
