Instant Potato Fry

Method

    Boil Potatoes in a pressure cooker for 10 mins.
  1. Peel off skin and cut each potato into 4 or 6 slices and keep aside.
  2. Heat Oil and add Mustard seeds, Chilly Powder, Coriander Powder and stir well for 2 mins.
  3. Add potatos, salt for taste and fry well for 10 mins.
  4. Serve hot, Sufficient for 2 persons. Goes well with Chapati and common side dish for South Indians.

3. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
4. Mustard Seeds 1/2 tbsp
5. Salt for taste
6. Oil 10 tbsp
