Method
Soak the rice in water for 1/2 hour.
Drain well and grind with rest of the ingredients to a coarse, crumbly mixture, without adding any water.
Grease a shallow dish with ghee and pour the mixture in it.
Steam for 20 minutes.
Cool and cut into pieces.
Serve topped with ghee or honey.

rice - 1 cup
ripe jack fruit flesh - 4 cup, chopped
grated coconut - 1 cup
jaggery powder - 2 to 3 tbsp
