Jack Fruit Kadubu

Method
  1. Soak the rice in water for 1/2 hour.
  2. Drain well and grind with rest of the ingredients to a coarse, crumbly mixture, without adding any water.
  3. Grease a shallow dish with ghee and pour the mixture in it.
  4. Steam for 20 minutes.
  5. Cool and cut into pieces.
  6. Serve topped with ghee or honey.
Ingredients:
rice - 1 cup
ripe jack fruit flesh - 4 cup, chopped
grated coconut - 1 cup
jaggery powder - 2 to 3 tbsp
salt - 1/8 tsp
melted ghee or honey to serve
