Method
- Wash the rice and soak in water for 3-4 hours.
- Grind the rice with jackfruit, grated coconut and jaggery to a coarse stiff batter.
- Now add salt.
- Pour this mixture in small greased katoris and steam for 30 minutes.
- Cool and turn out of katoris serve drizzled with honey.
Ingredients:
rice - 1 cup
jack fruit - 4 cup, finely chopped
grated coconut - 1 cup
powdered jaggery - 1/3 cup
salt - ΒΌ tsp
