Jack Fruit Kadubu (India, Karnataka)

Method
  1. Wash the rice and soak in water for 3-4 hours.
  2. Grind the rice with jackfruit, grated coconut and jaggery to a coarse stiff batter.
  3. Now add salt.
  4. Pour this mixture in small greased katoris and steam for 30 minutes.
  5. Cool and turn out of katoris serve drizzled with honey.
Ingredients:
rice - 1 cup
jack fruit - 4 cup, finely chopped
grated coconut - 1 cup
powdered jaggery - 1/3 cup
salt - ΒΌ tsp
