Method

To make Dough:

  1. Boil 1 1/2 cup water in a vessel with salt & 1 spoon of oil.

  2. When it starts boiling add rice flour & continuously stir it until it becomes a lump.

  3. Allow it to cool.
  4. Take small balls out of dough.
  5. Make use of rolling pins & make rotis of 3 inch diameter.

To make fillings:

  1. Grind channa dal chillies & coriander without adding water. (It should not be too smooth)

  2. To the above paste add finely cut onions & salt

Ingredients:

For Dough: 1 big cup rice flour
6 table spoon oil
Salt to taste

For fillings 1 cup channa dal soaked for 3 hrs
4 green chillies
1 small size onion
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
