Method
  1. Heat oil, fry onion, cardamom, clove- fry till golden brown.
  2. Add Mixture A and cook till oil separates.
  3. Add Mixture B and cook till oil separates
  4. Add the peas and khoya along with 1cup warm water.
  5. Simmer for 20 mins, adjust seasoning and serve hot.

Makes:4 Servings

Ingredients:
500 g - green peas
200 g - khoya (shallow-fried till golden and kept aside)
½ cup - oil
2 - whole cardamom
1 - whole clove
1 - onion, crushed

Mixture A:
1 cup - curds
½ tsp - kesar
¼ tsp - turmeric
2 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - garam masala powder
1 tsp - cashew powder
1 tsp - ginger
1 tsp - garlic

Mixture B:
1 cup - tomato puree
4 - green chillies
½ cup - coriander leaves
