Ingredients:
300gms - tender bhendi (washed, wiped dry & cut into 1to1&1/2-inch pieces)
1 - medium onion, chopped fine
2 - green chillies, cut into pieces
3/4 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
6 - peeled, crushed garlic
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
Salt
1 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp - til, dry fried and powdered
1 tbsp or less - oil
