Time Taken : 30-45 minsIn a mixing bowl add the rice flour, moong dal flour, besan, til, salt, chilli powder and margarine and make a firm dough, adding water little by little.
Fill the mullu murruku (chakli) press with the dough.
Heat oil in a kadai and when the oil is hot, press the dough onto the oil. Cook to a light golden color or until the hissing sound ceases. Remove and drain it on a kitchen paper towel.
Store it in a dry airtight container.

1/4 cup Chana Dal Flour (besan)
1/2 tsp Seasame seed (til)
1 tsp Chilli powder
3 tsp Margarine or Butter
Salt to taste
