Method
  1. Peel off the cucumber skin and deseed it.

  2. Cut into small cubes and along with the green chillies grind it to a paste.

  3. Mix this paste with rice flour, hing, salt, jeera and butter. If needed add a little water while mixing.

  4. Take a small amount in the muruku mould .

  5. Use the mould plate which has a single hole.

  6. Leave directly to heated oil and deep fry turning sides till they become golden brown.

  7. You can also try without cucumber. Add water instead and chilli powder.

Stays good for a month but i am sure it will disappear within a week!!

Ingredients:
Riceflour --- 1/4 Kg
Cucumber --- 2 large
Green chillies --- 4-5
Cumin seeds (Jeera) --- 1tb spoon
Asafoetida (Hing)
Salt
Butter --- Half cube
Oil for frying.
