Mushrooms in Yoghurt

Method
  1. Fry the mushrooms and onions in the butter until they are soft.
  2. Drain and cool.
  3. Mix together the mushrooms, onion, yoghurt, salt and pepper.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving garnished with chopped parsley.
  5. Serve as a salad or as a starter with bread.

Serves:2 to 4

225 g - mushrooms, chopped
150 g - yoghurt
50 g - butter
1 - medium onion, finely chopped
black pepper, freshly ground
chopped parsley
salt
