Method
  1. Cut tomatoes in medium size.
  2. Now take a pan or kadhai. Now heat the oil.
  3. Add chopped onion. Fry till light brown.
  4. Then add ginger and garlic paste. Fry for a few minutes.
  5. Now add all dry spices. Fry it for few more seconds.
  6. Then add tomato. Fry till light soft.
  7. Now add mustard paste. Stirring it few sec.
  8. Now add water (if required). Cooked it for few more mins.
  9. Garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
  10. And serve it with hot rice or roti.
Ingredients:
2 - big green tomato
1 - small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp - ginger paste
1/2 tsp - garlic paste
2 tbsp - mustard paste
1/4 tsp - dhania or jeera pd
2 tbsp - oil
salt and sugar according to taste
2 tsp - red chilli pd
few chopped dhania patta
