Method
- Cut tomatoes in medium size.
- Now take a pan or kadhai. Now heat the oil.
- Add chopped onion. Fry till light brown.
- Then add ginger and garlic paste. Fry for a few minutes.
- Now add all dry spices. Fry it for few more seconds.
- Then add tomato. Fry till light soft.
- Now add mustard paste. Stirring it few sec.
- Now add water (if required). Cooked it for few more mins.
- Garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
- And serve it with hot rice or roti.
Ingredients:
2 - big green tomato
1 - small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp - ginger paste
1/2 tsp - garlic paste
2 tbsp - mustard paste
1/4 tsp - dhania or jeera pd
2 tbsp - oil
salt and sugar according to taste
2 tsp - red chilli pd
few chopped dhania patta
