Method
  1. First put cooked rice in bowl and add some chilled water sufficiently.
  2. Add curd or lemon juice according your choice.
  3. Add chopped ginger, salt and curry pata.
  4. Your orissa delicacy pakhala bhaat is ready to eat.
  5. Serve it with any bhaaji, onion, and also u can eat with any curry.
Ingredients:
250 g - cooked rice
1 - mineral bottle, chilled water
1/2 - ginger, finely chopped
1/2 cup - curd or 2 tbsp - lemon juice
salt as per taste
