Method
- First put cooked rice in bowl and add some chilled water sufficiently.
- Add curd or lemon juice according your choice.
- Add chopped ginger, salt and curry pata.
- Your orissa delicacy pakhala bhaat is ready to eat.
- Serve it with any bhaaji, onion, and also u can eat with any curry.
