Method
  1. Grind all the chutney ingredients together.
  2. Mix flour with turmeric powder, soda, cumin seeds and salt.
  3. Add enough water to form a thick batter.
  4. Cut paneer lengthwise into two pieces. Then into small squares.
  5. Sandwich two squares together with chutney.
  6. Dip the chutney, filled squares into the batter and deep fry to a golden color.
  7. Serve with ketchup.
Ingredients:
200 g - paneer
50 g - gram flour
� tsp - turmeric powder
� tsp - cumin seeds
a pinch - soda bicarbonate
salt to suit the taste

For Chutney:
� - coconuts, grated
6 flakes - garlic
2 - green chillies
� inch piece - ginger
handful - mint leaves
1 cup - coriander leaves
handful - curry leaves
1 - onion, big
1 tbsp - lime juice
salt and chilli powder to suit the taste
