Method

  1. In a hard bottomed pan, pour in the oil, and fry the tur dal and red chillies, till the dal turns colour.

  2. Grind the above with salt, coconut and a little water.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Tur Dal
2 Red Chillies
1/4 fresh Coconut (grated)
2 tsps Cooking Oil
Salt to taste
