Pizza Paratha

Method
  1. Knead the wheat flour into regular paratha dough.
  2. Heat a kadai and add a spoon of oil/butter.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic (optional).
  4. Add the finely chopped onions and other veggies.
  5. After a minute mix the red chilli powder, jeera powder and salt as per taste.
  6. Saute the veggies well and when they are soft and done mix in the tomato sauce.
  7. Stir this mixture well and switch off the gas.
  8. While hot sprinkle the atta in the kadai and make a paste like consistency.
  9. Roll out two small and thin rotis,
  10. Spread the mixture liberally on one of them, cover and seal with the other.
  11. Heat the tava and roast well applying some ghee/oil. Repeat with remaining dough
  12. Serve it like a pizza (cut into 4 parts) and if desired sprinkle cheese on top.
  13. Alternatively can also be served with green chutney or raita
  14. Kids will love the pizza feel and also have a wholesome meal
Ingredients:
well kneaded wheat flour to make about 10 rotis
3 to 4 - large onions, chopped finely
1 - large capsicum, chopped thin and fine
shredded paneer/cabbage(optional)
1 tsp - jeera powder
1/2 to 1 tsp - chilli powder
1 large tbsp - of flour (wheat/maida)
