Method
  1. Mix the first 8 ingredients together with salt as per taste .
  2. Add curd to the above mixture.
  3. Add water to this mixture till a soft dough ( like roti dough) is formed.
  4. This dough however should be bit more softer so that it can be flattened to small discs with hand.
  5. Heat a Pan. Keep on medium heat. Drizzle the pan with some oil.
  6. Place a small round of the dough on the pan .
  7. Dip your hands in water and flatten the dough to form uniform round discs like a pancake.
  8. Keep some water in a cup to dip your hands, so that the dough does not stick to your hands.
  9. Drizzle some oil around like for dosa .
  10. Turn other side and cook till golden brown.
  11. Serve with ketchup or achar.
Ingredients:
sooji - 1 to 1 1/2cup
chopped onion - 1
green chillies - 2 to 3 chopped finely
chopped ginger or ginger paste
garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
grated coconut - 1/4 cup
chopped coriander
curd - 1/4 cup
oil for baking
water
salt as per taste
