Rawa Upma

Method
  1. Place the rawa in a deep nonstick pan. Heat oil in a small seasoning ladle.
  2. Season with mustard, dal, chillies and curry leaves. Add to the rawa. Add water, ginger, salt and water.
  3. Mix well, cover and place on fire. When the water begins to boil, lower the flame and cook till the water is absorbed.
  4. Mix in the grated coconut and serve hot.
Ingredients:
Oil - 3 tsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Black gram (urad) dal - 2 tsp
Green chillies - 3, slit
Curry leaves - few
Wheat rawa - 1 cup
Water - 2 ½ cup
Ginger - ½ tsp, minced
Salt - to taste
Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
