Take little oil in a Kadai.
Season it with little mustard seeds.
Add the cooked vegetables and the ground paste.
Allow the whole mixture to boil at low heat till you get the required consistency of a liquid curry.
Serve it hot with hot Puri's, chappati's or phulkas. Enjoy !!
Cook the following vegetables with salt and little turmeric powder in the pressure cooker for one whistle. Do not add too much water to cook the vegetables.
2 carrots
1 potato
one bunch of beans and
1/2 cup shelled peas
Grind the following to a paste:
2 tspns Jeera
1/2 cup wet coconut
4 green chillies or as per taste
handful of Pudhina (Mint leaves)
1 tspn Khus Khus and
one inch stick of Cinnamon
