Method
  1. Fry the vermicelli in ghee till it turns brown in colour.
  2. Put vermicelli to milk and boil it until the vermicelli is completely done.
  3. Add the custard powder and keep stirring.
  4. Add the condensed milk, sugar, raisins and the nuts and stir till the sugar is dissolved and the mixture thickens.
  5. Add the cardamom.
  6. Serve hot or chilled.
Ingredients:
1 cup - vermicelli noodles
1 tbsp - ghee (clarified butter)
1 cup - condensed milk
1 tbsp - custard powder, dissolved in some warm milk
3 to 4 cups - whole milk, diluted with 1-2 cups of water
1 tbsp - raisins
1 tbsp - halved cashew nuts, dry roasted
1 tsp - crushed cardamoms
1/2 cup - sugar
