Boil about 10 strips of lasagne in some water with some salt.
Drain the water and let the strips cool.
Heat the pasta sauce in a pan
You can add salt and spices to the sauce as desired.
Put approximately 5 table spoons of Ricotta cheese in a bowl.
Mix in the Parmesan cheese with the Ricotta cheese very well.
(There's no exact measure of how much parmesan cheese you should
use...just keep adding it and mixing it until it tastes good. Ricotta
cheese on it's own taste's terrible but after adding quite a bit of
parmesan cheese, you'll notice the improvement in taste).
Take a deep dish casserole that is oven safe and pour a little sauce into it.
Next add a few strips of lasagne (layer the base completely - I usually need 3 strips for a medium size dish).
Next cover the lasagne strips with the spinach leaves
Next spread the ricotta and parmesan cheese mixture over the spinach
Next pour some sauce over the cheese
And finally sprinkle the shredded cheese of the sauce.
Cover the casserole dish with foil and poke some holes into the top with a fork.
Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve hot with garlic bread!
Bon appetite
One packet of Lasagne strips
One bottle of any pasta sauce of your liking (I usually get some sort of
garden style sauce).
One packet of fresh spinach leaves
One can of Ricotta cheese
One can of Parmesan cheese (If you can find Kraft cheese, that's the
best)
One packet shredded cheese - you can use any kind. I prefer to use the 4
cheeses mix
Salt to taste
Spices to taste.
