Method
  1. Pick, wash and soak the rice in 2 cups water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Put the rice, water, salt and ghee into the microwave uncovered at 100% power for 8 minutes or till there are steamy holes over the surface.
  3. Cover and continue to cook at 70% power for 3 minutes.
  4. Stand 5 minutes before serving.
Ingredients:
1 cups - rice
2 cups - water
1 tbsp - ghee
salt to taste
