Category : Regional cuisine, South indian, Other south indian recipesCut the tapioca in 2 inches length and 1/2 inch thick & boil it in water. When the water starts boiling change the water and cook till done. When cooked, drain the water. Keep it aside.
Grind the ingredients 2 to 7 (coarse paste).
In a pan put the cooked tapioca and the ground paste and a little water and heat. Add Tamarind or Curd to get a slight sour taste.
When done, add the coconut oil and saute.
