Method
  1. Cut the tapioca in 2 inches length and 1/2 inch thick & boil it in water. When the water starts boiling change the water and cook till done. When cooked, drain the water. Keep it aside.

  2. Grind the ingredients 2 to 7 (coarse paste).

  3. In a pan put the cooked tapioca and the ground paste and a little water and heat. Add Tamarind or Curd to get a slight sour taste.

  4. When done, add the coconut oil and saute.

  5. Serve hot with rice.
Ingredients:
1. Grated Coconut -1/2 cup
2. Garlic -3 pods
3. Cumin -1/2 tsp
4. Green Chillies - 3
5. Turmeric - 1/8 tsp
6. Curry Leaves
7. Tamarind / Curd
8. Tapioca - 2 lb
9. Coconut oil - 1 tsp
10.Salt
