  1. Just Mix the above said ingredients and pat into a small rounds and deep fry it in the oil.
  2. you will get very nice, crispy thattai seedai is ready in mins.
  3. It will yield upto 15 to 20 thattai seedai.

Note :
If you are adding creamy peanut butter you can use the soaked channa dal for crispy ness and crunchy in the seedai.

Ingredients:
rice flour - 1 cup
peanut butter - 11/2 teaspoon
chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
hing - a pinch or two
