  1. Boil the milk well and when it starts boiling, keep the gas sim and slowly stir it.

  2. When it loses the liquidness once it is lightly solid, add sugar, cardamom and keep on stirring. After few hrs, you may notice the milk reaches the semi-solid state. Keep aside so that it will be solid after it cools down.


Milk 2 to 3 litre
Sugar 1 1/2 to 2 cups
Cardamom 1 tsp
