  1. Boil tomatoes with green chillies nicely and mash.
  2. Keep oil on a tava and fry cut onions till golden brown.
  3. Grind together all the rest of the ingredients and add with the onions to the boiling tomato gravy.
  4. Side dish for idli is ready.

Tomatoes - 1/2 kilo
Green chillies- 2 or 3
Onions - 2
Roasted gram 3 tbspns (Pottukadalai)
Fresh coconut - 3 tbspns
Sonf- 1 tsp.
Ginger- 1 small piece
Garlic- 3 or 4 flakes
