Valappu Murungakeerai Kootu

Method
  1. Clean valappu, cut it and clean keerai.
  2. Soak paruppu in water for 2 hrs.
  3. Boil valappu,keerai,paruppu for 15 mins.
  4. When they are fully cooked keep aside
  5. Add oil in a kadai and put mustard in it.
  6. When it splutters add red chillies, onions and stir for a minute .
  7. Then add the boiled valappu etc and sauté for 2 mins.
  8. Add grated coconut and serve hot.
Note :
This recipie is good for anaemic women.
Ingredients:
valappu - 1
murungakeerai (drumstick leaves) - 1 bunch
pasi paruppu - 100 grms
red chillies - 1-2
mustard - 1 tsp
grated coconut - 3 tbsp
small sambar onions - 3-4
oil - 1 tsp
