Vegetable Kebabs

Method
  1. In 3 tbsps. oil fry onion till transparent.
  2. Add chillies, coriander, mint, garlic and ginger.
  3. Fry for a minute.
  4. Add powdered spices and salt.
  5. Add cabbage, French beans and carrots.
  6. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5-10 mins, till vegetables are tender.
  7. Remove from fire and mix in peas and paneer.
  8. Add mashed potatoes and mix well.
  9. Shape into small round flat kebabs. Roll in gram flour.
  10. Heat oil for shallow frying in tava or frying pan.
  11. Fry kebabs in hot oil till brown on both sides.
  12. Drain and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
Ingredients:
200 g - potatoes, boiled and mashed
� cup - shredded cabbage
� cup - french beans
� cup - finely chopped carrots
� cup - boiled peas
1 - onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp - green chillies, minced
1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp - chopped mint leaves
2 to 3 cloves - garlic, crushed
1 �: piece - ginger, chopped
� tsp - chilli powder
� tsp - cumin power
3 tbsp - paneer, cut into small cubes
gram flour for dusting
salt to taste
oil for frying
