Boil the vegetables in water with salt and turmeric.
Grind tofu, yogurt, green chilli and jeera and add it to the boiled vegetables. Heat it for just 5 minutes.
Garnish with karipattha.

2 cups of vegetable (hard veggies like green Plantain, Chayote Squash,
Drumstick are preferred. Potato, Carrots can be used) - cut into long
pieces
Tofu - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Jeera - 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli - 1
Salt to taste
Pinch of Turmeric
2 sprigs of Kari pattha
