First fry the pahakai in oil and pour tamarind extract and allow it to
boil till the smell of tamarind goes.
Fry all these in a pan. Put the coconut at last for frying.
After sometime beat all these in a mixie
and put everything into the pan along with the cooked thuvar dhal.
In order to arrest the bitter taste of pahakai, add some lemon juice while
cooking and enjoy the nutrition.
1 tbsp Coconut,
1 tbsp Rice
1 tbsp Dania
1 tbsp Channa Dhal (bengal gram dhal)
4 Red Chillies
1 tbsp Urud Dhal (black gram dhal).
