Method
  1. Cut jack fruit into medium pieces & boil till soft.

  2. Chop onions finely & fry till golden.

  3. Take ingredients from 3 to 8 & fry in a tsp of oil & grind to a powder.

  4. Add jackfruit, turmeric, salt & the above powder to the onions. Add very little water (2-3 tbsp). Let it cook for 5-10 mins in a very low flame.

  5. Add a spoon of garam masala & season it with patta & lavangam.

1/4 kg Raw Jackfruit either fresh or canned
Onions (big) 3
Dhaniya 3 tbsp
Jeera 3 tbsp
Ginger small piece
Garlic 5 PODS
Coconut (dry or fresh) small piece
Red Chillies 2
Patta 1 inch piece
Lavangam 4
Garam Masala 1 tbsp
